How it works
How export ordering works
The same clear sequence for every product, from your first message to the goods arriving at your port or door.
Step 1: Enquiry
Tell us what you need, or request a video or voice call to discuss volumes, terms and lead times with our export team.
Step 2: Quote
We quote on your chosen incoterm and payment term. Freight to your port or door, and cargo insurance if you want it, are quoted per shipment.
Step 3: Deposit
Confirm the order with the deposit for your payment term, or open a letter of credit through your own bank.
Step 4: Production & testing
Production runs to the lead time on each product page, counted from deposit confirmation. Every batch is tested before it ships.
Step 5: Checks & balance
Items are verified against your confirmed order and invoice. The balance is paid before shipment, or against the shipping documents.
Step 6: Shipment & tracking
Goods leave İstanbul on your incoterm, and every export order is trackable in real time until delivery.

Letter of credit

Card payment can be arranged with our team when the order is confirmed — any processing commission is disclosed before you pay. No payment is taken on the website.
